What do Roland and the seller's support group say?

(I bought a loaded, closeout Roland module last year and ended up
with two screwdrivers to remove the funky access panel screws after
sending a couple of e-mails. A Roland guy with a fancy title
included his card, although I had no reason to contact him to follow-
up.)
