Subject:CX-3's Leslie vs. Motion Sound or Real Leslie

Folks,

I have been using the new CX-3 for about 3 months now through my KBRm
and occasionally the 122. Sounds great, but I am also quite
impressed with the CX-3's Leslie simulation when I play with
headphones or rehearsal without a real rotating speaker. It is
pretty convincing. Last night I was playing through my Peavey KB300
using the CX-3's internal Leslie and I thought I felt air hitting
me. That's how good it seemed.

I was wondering how many CX-3 users have abandoned or never felt the
need for true rotary due to the CX-3's internal Leslie. Or does the
rotary make it sound a little better to make it worth your while to
carry the rotary unit? What do you think? Thanks.
