There is no good way to answer this. I could tell you that, "The CX-3 sounds grittier, and more realistic in the leakage and key click," but that would only be to my ears. Another list member might disagree, and say that the VK-7 is closer to the sound of Hammonds he/he has heard or owns. I really think that you must listen to the two instruments and make your own decision.
