Subject:Attention Hammond XM-1/XMc-1 Owners

Just thought I'd pass along a money saving tip.

If any of you want to get a longer cable to connect your XMc-1 to
your XM-1, pick up a Macintosh II (as in computer) printer cable. I
just picked up a 12 footer from Fry's for $5.00. MUCH cheaper than
what Hammond charges.

DO NOT use a Mac serial cable. The connectors look the same, but the
cables are wired differently. Using one of these will damage your
stuff. But the printer cables work great!
