The action felt great to me - perfect for organ, slightly weighted, but also
I had no trouble playing piano on it. Strange but true. I own an A90 and
an XP80. It was not like playing piano on the A90, but it felt much better
than the XP80. Regarding the drawbars, it's true, there are no mechanical
sliders to pull, but believe it or not, their system is extremely responsive
and I picked it up right away. It's true that I have a V5 which I can use
to control it if I miss the real drawbars, but I really don't think it will
be an issue. YMMV. Just do yourself a favour and try it before you write
it off. You may be pleasantly surprised. As I said, this keyboard is made
for gigging, and it represents a real breakthrough to me. I've been waiting
for a combination like this for years. Once I have mine, I'll do an
extensive shootout between the V5, the Nord, the B4, and my B3 and I'll post
my impressions. I may invite anyoune who can make it to Kinston, Ontario,
Canada to help me with the process and contibute their thoughts as well. I
think of the Electro as a breath of fresh air in the clone market. Oh yeah,
it's also very RED! I think that's funky but it's probably not to
everyone's taste. Did I mention that it weighs 18lb?
