Our Boeing Military responsibilities have been recently ... uh..
ammended, so I'm allowed to respond to this post (long story)
Mike,
I agree completely. In the last few days, I've heard every
rendition of catterwallering patriotic songs that I care to
hear.
But when Mr. Ray does "America" this old boy gets moist
every single time. Heck, I get a little misty just
writing about it ... geez. Blind man move a nation with
a piano? Only in America. Personally, that must have been
why congress had some a capella "Amazing Grace" (minus the
last verse, of course) at their prayer vigil instead --
cuz Mr. Charles woulda had 'em all sobbing like
schoolgirls.
