Not of the volume pedal. The FC-7 -- the pedal that comes with the CX-3 --
is backwards of the industry standard:
Standard -- tip = wiper, ring = pot "top", sleeve = pot "bottom"/ground
Yamaha -- tip = pot "top", ring = wiper, sleeve = pot "bottom"/ground
The polarity function has more to do with the fact that some foot pedals
are normally-open, others are normally-closed, or to change the
high-resistance end of the travel on an expression pedal.
Anyway, the V3 doesn't support this function on its jack.
