My settings vary for what I'm playing and, of course, it depends on your
preference. I am not very good with electronics, so I wouldn't dream of
trying to hookup a bypass, but I really wish mine had one, so I'll keep my
eye out for responses.

Although I've been no help whatsoever, I would like to ask what tube you
use. Does everyone just use the 12AX7 or is there something better out
there?
