I'm not altogether certain that these can be detached one from another!

IOW, the "manual har labour" is what facilitates the creativity and
vice versa. Symbiotic.

Emperically: consider the symphonies of the last 2 centuries and the
impossible conditions under which they were composed, practiced, and
performed. Consider today's DJ dancemeisters with instant loops, snips,
and general thievery (no bias here :-)

The very hardest labor has, without exception, brought forth the
greatest creativity. Was it not Stravinsky (or who knows?) that
said "composing is 10% inspiration and 90% persperation"?? Or
maybe that's a knockoff from someone else... heck, i dunno.
Regardless, until effort exists, creativity will not and IMO, it's
inherent to the human experience.
