As everyone says/knows, we all have opinions and many of us
disagree. Trust your own ears!

But with that said, I have owned and played both the Hammond-Suz
XK-2 and the Korg CX-3 extensively in live performance (through a
Leslie 145). I have a clear preference for the CX-3 over the XK-2
for a good many reasons, though I do think the XK-2 is a good
product. Informed people may reasonably disagree on that preference,
but I think most everyone will agree that the CX-3's built-in Leslie
Simulator is clearly superior to the XK-2's. The VK-7 built-in
Leslie simulator is also clearly superior to that of the XK-2.

It's noteworthy that the CX-3 and the VK-7 are both more costly
than the XK-2, so cost can be a consideration in making a choice.
But note: The built-in Leslie simulator in both the CX-3 and VK-7 are
as good as the Voce Spin (some would say that they are better). This
is not to disparage the Voce Spin, which is a good product. But if
you buy an XK-2 you'd probably want to also buy a Leslie simulator to
make it competitive with the CX-3 (if you don't already have one),
which makes the XK-2 more costly that its list price indicates.

Just my opinion...
