Speaking more as a "wanna-be" than a "real musician" so far, I'd take
the Korg + Amp "just in case". The "unknown quality" is the key. If I
had the luxury of time to eyeball and give a five-minute check-out to
the M3 and Leslie, I might not set up my equipment.

Hammonds and Leslies are pretty reliable, but they're not indes-
tructible... At worst case, the M3 may not start reliably, may have
dead tonewheels, may not been oiled, may quit partway during your set,
etc. The Leslie may have problems, too.

Some would argue that a "real spinet" is less Hammond than some clones.
There's no foldback on an M3 so it will sound "different" at the high
end. Not sure whether 2 short manuals is a good trade-off vs a split
one-manual clone, depends on your style.

M3's are kind-of "squat" (about 36" tall) compared to B-3's (46") or
L-100's (44.5"), not sure how high you set your CX3.

Some spinet Leslies depend on the organ amp (11 watts for an M3) rather
than their own, and some only have low rotor, no horn.
