I had that problem as well, and had to send my KBR-M
back to the factory, as I had blown it to pieces.
Nowadays the organ channel seems loud enough as-is,
but for piano I also run to a Peavey keyboard amp,
which has a lot more power. I also do run a little bit
thru the house monitors for the rest of the guys. With
2 drummers, 2 guitars and bass, the KBR-M just doesn't
seem to stand a chance by itself.
