Subject:Opinions,What would you do

A friend has a B3 in a chopped down road case with a leslie,not sure
which one. I can afford it. I live in an apartment with people above
and below. I have a Korg Cx-3 and a Motion Sound KBR-3d rotary amp. I
also have a nice pair of Sony Headphones to plug into the Korg. I am
trying to decide whether to shell out the $1800.00 for the B3 or
would it be too loud for an apartment? I think the Korg sounds prety
good but I like everyone else (atleast in my mind) wants a B-3. Or
should I wait until I buy a house due to size limitations? Also what
are the operating and maintenance costs of a B3 and Leslie?
