Thanks to Jack, Ken and Randall for their solutions to a sticky
situation :-) I am still trying to convince myself which material
will securely hold a 2 lb. object through all angles and transport
situations. I also called GE Silicones, makers of Silicone II
household glue (a silicone glue) and they didn't recommend their
product for this use, just like the other people I called. Of
course, these manufacturer's recommendation's should maybe be
taken with a grain of salt...

Dean's idea of using 4 corner pieces plus a dowel is another
good idea. Of course I am thinking if I can find the right glue,
that is the easiest solution, but I just want to make sure it
doesn't come unattached somewhere down the line.
