I forgot to write before this, but I solved my V5 distortion problem,
and it was exactly what Scott said it was - MIDI volume. Very neat, as
using a volume pedal you would naturally expect distortion to only
happen when the pedal is most of the way down. In fact, now that I
think about it, it would have been really lame if the distortion effect
was always the same regardless of the volume pedal position. Nice
attention to detail, Voce.
