Subject:Looking for low-boy Leslie

All,

I'm trying to find a 'low' series Leslie for hot-rodding; i.e., a model
44W, 45, 142, or 145, in almost any shape, located in the Northeast
US. The case doesn't have to be pristine, and the condition of the
speakers is moot: I plan to heavily hot-rod this one as my gigging Leslie,
replacing the amp, motor switching electronics, crossover network, and
speakers. I will even consider a gutted shell as a starting point, as long
as the bass rotor, pulleys, etc. are intact -- hell, I could even replace
some of those parts, too.

I have a mint condition Leslie 251 that has somehow survived three years of
gigging, and I want to get it off the road before my luck runs out.
