I agree with this. In every different Leslie sim I've used I've
always gotten a better sound by using both L&R outputs and summing
them to mono in my mixer instead of using the mono out on the sim. I
also don't know why this sounds better, but it does and I don't think
it's just my imagination (although I'm often accused of having a
healthy one). Even if you don't use a big rig with a mixer, I'd
suggest getting a tiny (but good, clean quality) tabletop mixer like
the little Boss or Behringer Euro jobs and try this for yourself.
