I had to have some work done on my V5 and took it to CAE Sound. They
did make the repair, however, though their website advertises as a
Voce Service Center, they do not do warranty work, and I couldn't get
DR Strings to respond to my many emails.

CAE Sound was extremely helpful and "did me right" on the thing. I do
recommend them.
