Bruce has some good points. Here is a different scenario. Your 122 kit uses
the voltage from the leslie amp to bias that relay. These kits normally will
set up the voltage to be 0 to +30 volts. If the relay is old & tired. This
low voltage could have a condition that would pull the relay in half way.
Hence dead rotors. The Speakeasy pedal uses 0 to +80 volts. The pedal also
does not use the B+ from the Leslie. It is driven from the pedal. This is
the same way a vintage Leslie kit works. The kit always took the voltage
from the organ. Changing the relay could be the answer
