Oh yeah. If that's the one I'm thinking of, they've got beautiful
action. And nice large keys. That would make a great controller! I
can't recall if the controllers are assignable to different #'s. My
vague memory is that I looked into that and the answer was "no" --
you're stuck with specific controller assignments which are more or
less standard. Later Kawai synths went to using these very narrow,
rounded black keys, which would work very poorly (for me anyway) for
reeling off B-3 licks. But there is a great deal of truth in the
statement that, when it comes to action, its all in what you're used
to.
