Nope. The sound from the built-in mic on my amp is so
shrill, it made it impossible to use. Also, when I
listened to a soundboard recording, I did not like how
the organ sounded.

One mic on the top, one mic on the bottom, between the
horn and woofer. If I have the luxury, I use 3 mics. I
use either acoustic or Rhodes-type patches on the
non-rotating channel, so it doesn't have to be
ultra-clean from the XLR. I put one channel from the
Alesis Quadrasynth into the hifi channel on the KBR-M,
and the other channel in my Peavy KB-150. That usualy
gives me enough volume.

Admittedly, this is not my preferred set-up. If I had
the $$ I'd go for the Pro-3T / Lo-Pro combo w/ the
Speakeasy pedal for the organ, and a Mackie SR450 w/ a
little board for the piano.... or 2 SR450s - stereo!
