Hi, I experienced this myself at a gig last Fri. I used my Native
instruments B4 for the first time live with no amp whatsoever, piped straight
into the main PA(Stereo) using only vocal monitors to hear myself. It was
different than having my 145 right by my ears. After the first break the
feedback from knowledgeable audience members was incredible. They said that
even when standing against the back wall of this large room when the
(simulated) leslie spun up to fast speed the sound was incredible, much like
sitting close to the 145 in the studio. Also, they were very complimentary of
the overall sound. Of course having a great guy at the board helps.
