The CX-3, like most dedicated organs, handles splits organ-style -- i.e.,
you can split the keyboard into two organ parts, but they both go through
the main output, with the same tone and volume. A Hammond B-3 would be no
different, unless it was seriously hot-rodded.

You can, however, send the split part to a separate MIDI channel, so it can
control another MIDI device.
