The CX-3 does not support "split" outputs. You can Split the keyboard and have completly different setting on each side. I use a 2x31 graphic equalizer - one for each channel. I tune one channel for Bass and the other for organ, and run the equalizer outputs to separate amps. For all practical purposes it works pretty well.
