Dear folks,
Here is one person's experience, for what it is worth: my experience with the
V5 and midi volume control was wretched. While changing volume via midi
using an expression pedal controller, all kinds of noise and dropout would
happen. The midi volume feature wasn't even close to being usable. I went
back to using an in-line volume pedal.
I also encountered serious, insoluble problems when attempting to change
drawbars via a midi controller.
I don't regard the V5 as a full-featured two-manual module in that if you try
to use external midi drawbars and try to change patches on the second manual
via midi, things consistently go wrong (at least in the unit that I have).
