Larry, fascinating idea putting the organ electronics at the speaker -
would get rid of masses of wiring meaning setup time is reduced
significantly.

Oberheim's OB-5 looks like it is nearly there as a controller, except
it only has 1 set of drawbars per manual. Price is coming down
though - GBP1300 in the UK. Still waiting for a demo though.

The funny thing about Hammond-Suzuki's post B-3 organs is that they
look like they should have 4 sets of drawbars but only have two.
This trend started with the H100s. Even in H-S's newest products,
there is a gaping space on the front panel either side of the
drawbars where there should (obviously?) be the missing two sets from
the B-3! Anyone else noticed this?
