Sorry, I can't have made myself clear....... It was lister Neil Webber
who sussed that the source of the clicks may have been a cell phone....
who knows HOW long it would have taken ME to think of that!!! The day I
become an engineer is the day to double insulate yourselves, run for
shelter and put on your crash helmets! ;-)
You're right though ,Bruce - sometimes our confidence in a product (in
the case of the CX-3 an *excellent* product) can be shaken through a
few initial shaky experiences, but it's a necessary process for us the
players AND the manufacturers. As you and others have said, the CX-3 has
only a few minor weaknesses, which may even be fixable in future
firmware updates. On the whole, it's a great Hammond clone.
