Subject:Nord - pedals ?

Does the Nord support a 3rd midi channel for pedals ? I suspect not, it
sounds more like a "keyboard with organ sounds" more than "an organ".

I'm still amazed that Korg left this out on the CX-3, if the Korg did
pedals I'd have already found a way somehow to afford one. Maybe if
Korg is listening, there will be a CX-3A that does pedals and has an
11-pin Leslie output...

Or do I get an H-S XK-2 ? Will the "beating" problem show up with
gospel style playing ? I haven't found an XK-2 locally. I was pretty
impressed with an XB-3A (at the price I oughtta be!) and didn't notice
beating on that, but I wasn't listening for it, either...

For what it's worth:
- XK2 @ Goff, expression pedal, foot switch, road case, folding bench
and stand, $2095.

- CX-3 @ BT Productions - expression pedal is included, and right now
they're offering a free ATA flight case. They will match any authorized
CX-3 dealer price, best I've seen so far is $2099.

It appears the Nord, a volume pedal, and a case will run a little less
to the same from Musician's Friend. Sweetwater has the V-5 for $780.
