Subject:Fair and reasonable price for a V3?

Hi y'all,
Can you help me out? How much would you reckon would be a fair price
for a used (obviously) V3, with no drawbar controller?
I've seen one for £240 which does seem a little steep as there is no
drawbar controller.
I wonder too whether there is any opportunity to get hold of a
controller there days.
