At a web site featuring Al Kooper's bio
(http://www.rdrop.com/users/rickert/al.html), it says that "From the
beginning of his association with the Blues Project, Kooper used a Hohner
Pianet.  Even before that he had used it on Bob Dylan's Highway 61 Revisited
where he turned in a strong accompaniment part to "Just Like Tom Thumb's
Blues."  The Blues Project was mid-60's; Kooper left that band in 1967.
According to bobdylan.com, Highway 61 Revisited was released August 30,
1965.
