Mine (Ashby Solutions). It takes either two 1/4" inputs or a V3 "R/S"
connection. It's not really a production piece at the moment; I hope to
have a MIDI'ed version available by the end of the September.

If you're just looking to SSR a stock Leslie, Bob Schlicher (sp?) has one
available, which has had great reviews. I believe that contact info is on
the Ham-Les FAQ site.
