Try slightly loosening and tightening some of the screws on the diaphram.
This ususally cures the problem.

Hi,

I have a Pro 3T and had a few "newbie" questions I was hoping someone
could answer.

First, what are the fundamental sound differences between a Leslie
122 and 147? Is one used more in rock and one used more in
blues/jazz?

Second, the Pro 3T is said to be set up from the factory to sound
like a 147. What adjustments can be made to the speed pots inside to
make it sound like a 122 if at all?

Third, my Pro 3T makes some nasty vibration sounds when I play some
higher frequency notes at medium to loud volume. Has anyone had an
experience like this and could recommend a fix? Motion Sound said
it "could be" a bad diaphragm, but I'm not convinced and don't want
to spend $50 right now to swap it out.
