Um .. not suggesting in any way that you might be as dumb as me ... but, have
you tried a different MIDI cable?

There have been times (usually on a live setup) when I would spend half an
hour scratching my head and twiddling knobs and repatching the audio and
checking module system setups and everything else I could think of ... then
I'd change some (up to that moment perfect) MIDI cable and everything would
work fine.

I presume you've also double checked channel assignment (that is, you didn't
accidentally set the Voce to receive on some channel different than your
controllers are sending).

How about (cotton swab and alcohol) cleaning the contact pins on the MIDI
cable; spraying a little cleaner in the MIDI jack?
