Subject:DMI64 MKII + Drawbar

HI,

in response to Jeroens questions about the MIDI drawbar and the DMI64:

Not all waveforms of the DMI can be edited by the user, only eight waveforms (57 to 64?) can be edited from the DMI.
When editing remote using the Drawbar program, the same is true: only these eight waveforms can be edited.

My guess to the problem is that none of the patches you tried with the MIDI Drawbar contains one of the eight user programmable waveforms.
The fact that the DMI does respond to the volume change, which is global to all patches that use the proper CC, implicates that the settings and connections are correct.

If a user programmable waveform doesn't respond to the drawbar changes, you might resort to reset the DMI to factory settings to get the proper CC's for drawbar changes back into place.

Best regards,

Peter.

PS. Did the place where you bought it have another MIDI drawbar unit? I am looking for one!!
