Subject:Save my Micro BII!
Hi folks,
I have a Micro BII that has gone south - (I need a chip, U11 - its
called a ULC chip, any one got a spare? or maybe another broken Micro
BII you are thinking of pitching?) I have traked down service parts
as far as DR Music and they tell me that getting repair parts won't
be
very quick - I'll call you back in a few months...Does anyone know
who is actually manufacturing these things nowadays? How can I get
replacement parts?
About live gear, I used to gig heavily a couple of years ago. My
Hammond setup consisted of a Oberheim xK controller, Micro BII, a
RPM-1 and a Microverb along with an Alesis QS8 and a Roland D-50. It
sure any stock synth patch I ever heard but I find the comments here
very interesting. I am looking to play out again this year. But first
I need to fix my Voce!
Thanks
