I forgot to mention in my post that the rpm 1 is not hooked up yet, just the Micro B. I was thinking about the audio plug adapter as well and will pick one up on the next trip to the big city. I put in a plea for help in trying to figure out how to run the unit through my SBL soundcard at their list.There is a 1/4" mic in jack on the Live drive unit and it has a line level adjustment.I'm just not sure which software to run it through and what settings to use.

I feel stupid asking about the A-33 problem but here goes. I just want to set it up to control the volume on the Micro B to save reaching over and turning the knob. I've followed the Roland directions several times but no volume control at the slider, the expression lever works now though.?????
Is this what you were referring to in your post???? I'll try again using 11 as the value and see if I get what I'm after.
Part of my problem with the A-33 is I'm pretty ignorant in the midi realm, I've tried reading up on it a few times but after a few pages of the convoluted jargon I start going a bit glassyeyed, begin to drool a bit and am concerned about shorting out my keyboard. Has anyone come across any
" Midi for idiots, dolts or the general slack jawed doofs"type pages??? I'd like to get this midi thing down enough to at least be able to program my controllerboard.
