Hey Gang-
Just thought I'd share a little on my situation. If you remember, I sent my
V-5 in for service over a month ago,and when I called 2 weeks ago they said
it should be ready last week and would keep me up to date(they being DR
Music) Well, still nothing. I did vent a bit to one of the reps at DR,who
said they're in an odd place.They sent the unit to a company called Spin,and
were waiting to hear back from them. Apparently,the Voce line is a small
beans considering they make things for Lucent and others so,unfortunately DR
doesn't have alot of pull. I asked about a schematic(sp?) and he had said
they have been trying to get one for the v-5 for a year. He also mentioned he
was a bit miffed that he has $10,000 worth of V-5's ordered and can't get
them to ship them to fill orders. So, it seems to be just a bad situation.
Probably the worst thing that could have happened to them was to get a
"keybuy"from Keyboard Magazine. Nothing worse than getting a great review and
not having product to ship. Nothing,except, having the product in for
service...
