Subject:Re: [Voce] Wallwarts etc...

Eammon,
What I have done is build a custom pedal board for myself. Basically, I went
to Home Depot and had a piece of particle board cut to fit under my invisible
keyboard stand. I painted it and then velcroed all my pedals and a Furman
power strip, which is made to hold 5 wall wart adapters, each with a clamp to
hold it in place. Before I used that, I had a regular power strip, and I
just duck taped the plugs onto it, and then velcroed it to the pedalboard.
When I set up, the plug for the V5 easily reaches the keyboard, and I have
all my pedals all wired up and color coordinated with the keyboards. MIDI
cables are also attached together and marked with masking tape and color
stickers. I have an extensive MIDI setup, so I need to do this. But set up
is a breeze.

I have all the plugs going to the keyboards attached together into a snake
with electrical tape, and the ones going to the mixer are also attached into
another snake. The cable from the organ output from the volume pedal and the
cable from the leslie slow/fast pedal for my KBR-M amp are attached into a
snake also. It takes me 2 minutes to plug everything in. It works great for
me. I invested about 30.00 in supplies to make the pedalboard, and when I
was sure I was happy with it, I had a gig bag made to fit it all. The gig
bag was 120.00, but well worth it. It's lasted for 4 years now. Hope this
helps.
