Subject:MIDI drawbars

Hi,

Can someone answer a question concerning the Voce MIDI Drawbars?
In a 2-manual plus pedals set up using a V3, can one MIDI drawbar controller
be used to control both manuals plus the pedals?
Is there a control on the drawbar unit to switch between the upper,
lower, and pedal?
