The BIG difference is the sound. I had a DMI-64 when they first came
out........for about a week. I couldn't get the eq curve right & that was w/
a more versatile parametric eq than the ART tube eq.

It has a Leslie effect...........kind of. It was a very poor Leslie
emulation. Can't remember if it had chorus/vibrato or not, or if you had to
choose between that & the Leslie effect. After a week I couldn't stand it any
longer & was able to take it back to the dealer. Paid $50 out of the full
price on the refund & thought it was a loss well worth taking. It may respond
to the MIDI drawbars, but can't remember exactly which parameters do.

Bottom line - get the V3 instead. It will cost a bit more, but as Benjamin
Franklin said, "The quality of the product is remembered long after the price
is forgotten".
