Boy, I'm glad I didn't start chopping up my midi cables. ;-)
Thanks Bruce, for the tips on the routers and filters. I figured it needed
something like that. I may go that route at some point. Right now I am
using a lot of midi cables and don't want to complicate things any more.
Hey, back to the mixer discussion from a while back. I just picked up a
Behringer MX602A. This thing is great!! It's the same size as a V5 w/ the
drawbars pulled out. I can sit it right on top of the keyboard next to the
V5. 6 mono or 3 stereo inputs, 2 XLR ins. 1/4 outs and control room outs, 3
band EQ each channel, L/R panning each channel, headphones jack and level
control, stereo eff. send & return, phantom power, RCA stereo tape in and out
- lots of features!!!
I've always liked Behringer mixers. I own a 12 channel one at home and my
band uses an 8 channel one for rehearsals.
Real quiet, and I got it at Guitar Center for only $79.99 + tax. I generally
avoid Guitar Center like the plague, but their price was 20.00 cheaper than
the other places I usually by from.
Anyways, a great little keyboard mixer.
